these days if i'm on the computer it's because isaac is nursing; right now he is sleeping. and i'd like to sleep, too but i'm afraid to move him b/c it'd be the one time he'll not go back to sleep! normally i am super grammar-picky but typing one-handed makes that difficult, so consider this my disclaimer. :)
Well...he's awake now. He is growing like a weed! I weighed him yesterday at the hospital (breast-feeding support group) & he weighed a whopping 11 lbs, 11 oz. My little fatty ;) I have some fantastic photos to share if/when I ever get to Chad's computer. He is all smiles now & is making sweet little sounds; it's amazing. And he can hold his head up really well for short periods of time during "tummy time." We are working with a homeopathic Dr. to try to find out what is causing his poo to be so runny. He seems totally healthy otherwise; we had confirmation that he doesn't have CF (story to follow), so I am in a constant state of thankfulness. I'm hoping his (probable) food allergies aren't long-term but we'll do what is necessary either way.
Neena is getting to be such a big girl. Goodness, I love her so much. She had her end of the year performance at preschool today & she sang the best she ever has for it. She has a habit of biting the corner of her lips on the inside & when she wasn't singing, she was chewing. I wonder if she'll keep the habit or if it will pass by as other little phases can. She is always "loving" Isaac a little too roughly =/ That's my only complaint about her with her brother. Oh! And the fact that she is totally jealous about other people getting pregnant/having babies. She wants her baby to be the only baby. Bless her. It was "HER" special thing for so long she's not sure how to share that privilege. I can't say I don't understand! But we are working on it. We prayed about it. She was actually the one to ask about us praying about it. Love that she understands prayer & wants to pray about the things she struggles with.
OK; I'm gonna try to take a little nap while I can! God bless ;)
